Guarantee/Return Policy
WIP takes great pride in the outstanding quality of the items we sell. All items are offered as genuine (unless otherwise described) and are guaranteed up to a maximum of 90 days from the time of purchase. Items may be returned at any time during this period for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.
WIP maintains a file for each buyer in which a record of every purchase is kept. Prior to shipment, each item is photocopied and then placed on file for future reference. Such a record may be very useful to the buyer in the face of an insurance claim for theft or damage to the stamp.
We feel our guarantee and return policy is the best in the stamp world. We can offer such a comprehensive guarantee because we are professional philatelists who have a deep knowledge of our material and the value of it. Remember quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.
We take pride in the outstanding quality of stamps and postal history we offer, along with our accurate descriptions. If any item(s) purchased are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which confirms the quality and is less than five (5) years old, the item(s) CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, and will NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND BY WIP INTERNATIONAL INC. Stamps do have a tendency to change over the years due to mishandling, environment or poor storage.
Please treat your items with great care and caution. These are not toys for amusement.
